We don’t just help you find your gown, but we also can help clean and preserve it!

A few reasons to preserve your gown:

1: Cleaning stains and dirt that may have gotten on your dress while you were enjoying your big day! We always say it’s a good sign the bride had a great time when her gown is super dirty on the bottom!

2: Preserving helps prevent your gown from aging, yellowing and falling apart! If you want to use it down the road to create something for future children or grandchildren, preserving your gown will save the integrity of the fabric!

3: The most important part - preserving your special memories! How fun to open the window of the box later in life and still see your perfectly preserved gown inside!

How we preserve:

We work with the Wedding Gown Preservation Company to clean and preserve our brides’ gowns!

All you have to do is bring the gown {and veil - you can preserve up to 5 accessories in your box!} to Something Blue and we handle the rest! We will mark areas that need extra attention and then ship the gown off to Wedding Gown Preservation Company! Once they’re done, they ship it right back to us! Easy peasy!

Accessories you can preserve with your gown include but are not limited to:

Veils, robes, purses, earrings, belts and headpieces!

Cost: $275 that is due the day you drop off your gown with us!

You don’t need an appointment to drop off your gown, just stop by during our regular hours! Remember we do keep our door locked so give us a call when you arrive!
