Such a classic beauty!
Introducing our gorgeous bride, Shannon!
For her wedding in Florida, Shannon kept things light with a fitted crepe gown from our very own Private Label, Emilia Leray!
The pearl details are so gorgeous and we love the sassy side cutouts!

For her flowers, Shannon worked with Something Bloomed Floral Design out of Fort Meyers, Florida!

Shannon and her hubby, Joseph, were married in an absolutely beautiful outdoor ceremony at The Heitman House in Fort Meyers!

After the ceremony, it was time to celebrate the newlyweds!

How did the happy couple first get together?
“We met in college at Eastern Illinois University!”
How did Joe pop the question?
“Joe proposed at the Morgan Wallen concert at Wrigley Field. We were taking a picture outside of the stadium before the concert and that is when he popped the question.”
Was it a surprise or did Shannon know it was coming?
“I was very surprised! I was surprised he proposed at Wrigley Field because Joe is not a country music fan but I am and we are both Chicago White Sox fans!”
After that, it was time to move to the next step: dress shopping!
“It was really exciting! My mom, sister, sister-in-law, best friend, Joe's mom and two sisters all joined me. After I picked the dress out, we went out to celebrate!”
How did she know her dress was "the one"?
“I only tried a handful of dresses on and I just kept going back to "the one." It was simple but elegant and I fell in love with the beading on the side and also loved the back!”
What was Shannon’s favorite part of the wedding planning process?
“I just really enjoyed all the excitement around planning and all of the festivities (i.e. engagement celebrations, wedding shower, bachelorette parties etc.)!”
What about her least favorite part?
“Trying to accommodate everyone was tricky. We both have large families and wanted everyone to be able to celebrate with us but found it was impossible to please everyone. We eventually had to just do what worked best for us.”
Does she have any special wedding day memories?
“Surprisingly, the rain! We had to make the best of it, as it was an outdoor wedding, and everyone was dancing in the rain and made it really memorable!”
What is the best piece of advice Shannon can give brides-to-be who are currently planning their own big day?
“Do what is best for the bride and groom! As mentioned above, it is nearly impossible to please everyone and will cause more stress!”
Congratulations, Shannon and Joe!!
